Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all operator-users of hub.igelkottplates.com.

1. You agree NOT to:

Security & technical misuse

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization from Igelkott Film AB.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limits, CSRF protection, audit-logging, or any other security control.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data beyond what your role permits or what documented APIs provide.
• Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code intended to cause harm.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Forward, share, or expose authentication artifacts (magic-link URLs, session cookies, device-cookies) to other people.

Content & rights

• Upload, store, or transmit content you do not have the legal right to upload, store, or transmit.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contains personal data of individuals who have not consented to the production.
• Upload illegal content under Swedish or EU law, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material, content inciting violence or terrorism, or material that violates export controls.

Privacy & people

• Access customer-project data without a legitimate business need tied to your role.
• Export, copy, or share customer video or metadata outside the Service except through authorized delivery channels.
• Use collaborator name/phone data for any purpose other than coordinating the specific project where it was entered.
• Send unsolicited messages or harass other operator-users.

Operational

• Create accounts on behalf of other people without their knowledge.
• Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation.
• Use the Service to compete directly with Igelkott Film AB or to reverse-engineer the Service for that purpose.

2. Reporting violations

If you observe a violation of this policy, email sales@igelkottplates.com with a clear description and any supporting evidence (screenshots, audit-log excerpts). We treat reports confidentially.

3. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Account suspension or termination, with or without notice.
• Revocation of all active sessions and device-cookies.
• Reporting to relevant authorities for serious or unlawful violations.
• Civil or criminal action where appropriate.

We may preserve and disclose information related to a violation to law enforcement, courts, or other parties when legally required or when necessary to protect the rights or safety of Igelkott, our customers, or the public.

4. Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated by email and, where appropriate, require explicit re-acceptance.
